Filmed entirely in the rural villages of Bangladesh, this video features the real women borrowers of ‘Grameen Bank’, known as ‘the bank for the poor’. See how small loans have changed their lives for the better. The video also features 2006 Nobel Peace Prize winner Prof. Muhammad Yunus, whom we are very proud to be working with.

    Hear Me Now Lyrics…

A scarf uncovers a smiling face
That tells the story of a changing place
She knows no greater wonder than what she’s seen
She bears a heart of secrets from where she’s been, she says

    Hear me now
    Hear me now
    Hear me out, she cries
    See me now
    See me now
See in me and I’ll rise

    She’s worked hard and achieved
    A new life’s been received
So much pride in her eyes
    She’s thrown out her disguise
She’s got a chance to make it on her own
Just one man gave hope to his home, he says

    Hear me now
    Hear me now
    Hear me out, he cries
    See her now
    See her now
See in her and she’ll rise

    She speaks unfamiliar words
    But so easily understood
It’s like a tone in her voice
    Reveals the power of choice
    She’s so wonderful
    The way she holds herself
    She finally broke the spell
    You can tell

    Hear me now
    Hear me now
    Hear me out, she cries
    See me now
    See me now
See in me and I’ll rise

    Hear me now
    Hear me now
    Hear me out, he cries
    See her now
    See her now
See in her and she’ll rise

A scarf uncovers a smiling face
That tells the story of a changing place

(Est jan 2008 with authority to connect impossible become project sub-networks if Yunus by piloting synchronization of all social business networks newsletters) start-up of 2010s as youth’s most exciting decade is urgently waiting from answers of people like the following who are asking similar questions (see below) but first a question to you: :is California capable of inviting all tech for the poor coordinators to one open space meeting done the proper way where computer printouts of every discussions actions and contact points are shared as hard copies before people leave?

Borje out of Stockholm is trying to find out how committed the Bangkok university partner of Yunus is to being central stage of an annual expo of tech for the poor

Jonathan out of London and 50 city hubs is researching which of his members of http://the-hub.net connect with tech for the poor- this is a big job because of 50 different locations bringing different foci from the 2 hubs in the Bay area that presumably connect lot of rich tech.

Lesley’s hub in South Africa which wants to practice tech for the poor and particularly share replications with Yunus and Dhaka

Mostofa is currently in Dhaka trying to interview those that are practice leaders out of Dhaka both so that we have guide of who’s who on future visits to Dhaka and to see where they themselves have wish for a worldwide annual expo

Estelle out of Paris (number 1 twin social business in youth city with youth city in Dhaka) is looking to do interview cases with the 2010s most committed job creators of tech for the poor – if you were to make league table of 100 million job creators who would you nominate as linking in that

BASIC SURVEY OF COLLABORATIONS CONNECTORS NEEDS IN GREATEST HUMAN RACE TO END POVERTY:
the media and mediation problem when I talk to Kazi for 60 minutes is there is nobody at Yunus center why should there be? G bank has 25000 people funded to work in Bangladesh and next to zero funded to connect social business and tech replications globally; results spent many years trying to get congress to lobby world bank to invest in such replication transfers from the 3 deepest job creation entrepreneur centres on the planet -Dhaka’s 2 Grameen & Brac ; and Africa’s one Jamii Bora but presumably is leaving Obama to sort out that possibility while accelerating next phase of queen sofia’s 20 year gameplan as number 1 cheerleader of end poverty’;s 4-hemisphere race)

kazi asks who can guide him round to what other tech for poor jobs might interface with intel’s even though grameen intel is supposed to be the world’s main brand connecting tech for the poor; this is very political and cross-cultural as actionable communications system challenges of all global brand leadership projects my professional network have worked on the last 33 years are ; SO kazi may not express it in quite these words but that’s why we need a different order of trust to put our heads together and connect the disconnected round yunus; this has not been hosted properly yet for collaboration around above zero sum models to be simple to see; its very confusing for under 22s what a mess elder social entrepreneurs and professors in rich cities have made of this; it was bad enough when dot-coms were all the rage and has on average got worse every year; collectivism fanned by mass media or twittering is not what true entrepreneurs would dream of social action http://worldeconomist.net

MICRO OTHER WAY ROUND- the whole maps of value multiplying entrepreneurship emerged from 100 years of work between the old alliance of Scots and french 1750-1850 as did all economics designed to make systems more economical and exponentially sustainable instead of more costly and more ready for speculators at top to crash (the value true aim of entrepreneurs (free marketers as Adam smith would certify them) then and now was to overthrow slave making top-down empire and superpower conflict-multiplying systems (exorcising these from parliaments and other macro-economics capital institutions) be they extreme communism or extreme capitalism or fascism all of which mass media fanned – hitler would not have materialised without tape recorders as a tech addition to the power of radio – all of which become systems where few people rule everyone else whatever ism they proclaim to be doing this with)

So Paris http://danonecommunities.com and glasgow http://http://www.grameeneconomicslab.com are two places where thousands of youth have already been invited by yunus to action change – they are aiming to help the world mediate more structure in this – eg by synchronizing monthly social business-to-action newsletter of collaboration networks sans frontiers; by creating journal of social business where we can log up (placed on every ceo desk) every achievement of tech for the poor directed or inspired since yunus connected villages’ poorest with mobiles – the single greatest act of tech for the poor the world has seen provided you know that prior to this grameen’s 100 thousand village job markets of micro-entrepreneurs had been separated hubs and as soon s one shared mobile telephone lady was is each hub they used mobiles for connecting most urgent information (bringing down degrees of separation) very different use from mobiles in north west hemispheres which is mainly to flatter people’s sexual egos- brand wise the green children was more on the money that coke’s I’d like new seekers to teach the world to sing- so why didn’t the whole of LA’s wannabe stars get behind the gree nchildren (god only knows ) http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zN3e7qdQaxY http://yunuscity.ning.com/forum/topics/la-why-not

    chris

the problem is interfacing everyone’s ideas so that they we don’t reinvent different wheels (a human folly of good intent but not enough time to connect effectively -is the exact opposite way round than the 10 to 50 times greater productivity Drucker and my father clarified is this generation’s crisis opportunity – look at how big city’s citizens never action learn from each other wasting all our energies and knowledge multiplying capabilities- 99% of netizen effort is currently wasted in such a way as anyone who maps productive sources as needing to connect has collected data on for for 20 years now)… If there is one thing worse than big corporations governed by quarterly numbers its big dreamers coming up with new social action dream every 3 months; they are the most youth and job-creating destructive folk in big capitals
